This really needed to be up a a few days ago. Windows 7 64 bit has finally been installed on my computer. Turns out there was an issue unpacking the 64 bit version on a 32 bit version of Vista where it would unpack, try to run, then give you an error message. After about an hour of digging through forums someone finally came up with a solution.

After getting the ISO created, I decided to try out another program someone recommend, WinToFlash and make one of my thumb drives bootable with Windows 7 on it. The program was easy to use and straightforward on how to convert and ISO file to a bootable file for your thumb drive.

If anyone has any questions, feel free to ask and I’ll help the best I can. As for now, I need to explore Windows 7 a bit more and see what perks it has hidden.
